Annie Holmes is the CEO and Co-Founder of Elevated Levels Foundation, a private black-family owned nonprofit organization dedicated to elevating the lived and learned experiences of Black, Brown and Indigenous communities. She is a passionate advocate for social justice and equity, and she is committed to making a difference in the lives of others.
Annie was raised in Newark, New Jersey. She has over 20 years of experience in the nonprofit and public sectors, and she has worked with a variety of organizations to develop and implement DEI policies and programs that support growth and development.

Under Annie's leadership, Elevated Levels Foundation has grown into a leading cornerstone of expertise for learning opportunities that center Black, Brown and Indigenous people to thrive by accessing the social determinants of health through Learning, The Arts and Economic Development. Annie has helped thousands of people to succeed in school and in the workplace. Annie is a tireless advocate for equity, and she is committed to elevating the innate ingenuity of marginalized communities. She is also a frequent speaker on issues related to social justice, education, technology, and youth development.

In addition to her work at Elevated Levels Foundation, Annie is a wife to her teen sweetheart and mother to their 3 sons (Tre - 20, Jayden - 17, Lincoln - 9). Annie also loves cooking from the soul, singing and cuddling with the youngest Holmes family member, beloved yorkie, Kobe Bryant Holmes. While Annie is a highly respected leader in the DEI sector, and she is known for her commitment to making a difference in the lives of others, she is also someone who lives each day on purpose and inspires others to do the same.
